1cup/tasse.

coconut milk/lait de coco

1/2 cup/tasse. broth/de bouillon

2tbs./cas. curry paste/pate de curry

200 gr. meat/de viande

100 gr. vegetables/de légumes

Sleepwalk Mussels
in 5 minutes

Dice 2 cloves of chopped shallots, 2 cloves of chopped garlic,1 cup coconut milk,
2 TBS of Eastern Blue Red Curry paste. Pepper to taste.

Bring to a boil (about 3 mins.)

Add mussels, close the lid and wait until they open. 

Get ready for an exciting taste experience. !!!

 

Top it with Basil leaves and serve.

Stir-Fried Chicken with green bean

Ingredients:


Oil : 2 TBSP
Cooked Chicken: 1 1/2 cup
Green bean : 1 cup
Red Curry Paste : 1 TBSP 
Karffir Lime Leaf : 2 pc

Simple Eastern Blue’s Green Curry Roast Beef

2 lb. Angus Roast 
Poke holes about 10 places 
Dice Garlic and stuff into the holes 
Spread our Eastern Blue Green Curry liberally over the Roast.
Add Ground Pepper 
Cook in the oven at 350 for 1 1/2 Hrs.

1/2 cup of mixed vegetable ( red, yellow peppers, zucchini )
